Forbes recently partnered with market research firm Statista to create its annual list of The World’s Best Employers—and several beauty companies made the list.

How the Rankings Were Determined

The World’s Best Employers were selected based on a survey of more than 170,000 employees in over 50 countries who work for multinational companies. Employers were rated on their offerings for employees such as talent development, parental leave benefits and work-life balance.
